Peach and Almond Smoothie.

1 C orange juice

1 C frozen peaches
1 frozen banana, cut into small chunks

2 TBSP toasted slivered almonds


1)Pour the juice into the blender. 

2)Carefully add the peaches and banana. 

3)Add the almonds. 

4)Blend until smooth.

Pecans also work well in this smoothie. For a little different taste, use pineapple juice in place of the orange juice.
