Ingredients
1/4 Cup Chickpeas
1/4 Cup Lima Beans
1/4 Cup Kidney Beans
1/4 Cup Lentils — washed & drained
10 Cups Water
1 Large Onion — chopped
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Rice
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
Salt And Pepper — to taste
Directions
1)Place peas, beans & lentils in pan with water.Bring to boil, reduce heat cook 45 minutes.
2)Saute onion in oil.
3)Add to bean mixture, add remaining ingredients and cook for another 30 minutes.
Serve Hot.
